implicit pardons aren’t what they used to be apparently

i sure thought that scooter libby was going to keep very quiet about the “official” leaks of CIA agent valerie plame’s identity. i thought for sure he would get charged with perjury, obstruction of justice, and maybe do a little time before bush pardoned him on his way out of the white house. but it looks like libby is talking.
