everything must change

today i have been rearranging everything in this apartment. it is my dream to one day lay out a recording setup so that i don’t have to go into contortions to reroute things every time i want to track something. i was sort of close with what i had, but sitting sandwiched between the polymoog and the kurzweil in the little space off the kitchen was lame. i was always banging the guitars into things and in general feeling claustrophobic. i stiil have a lot to do, but already it’s much better.
