i still felt pretty crappy today, so i stayed home and slept most of the day. hopefully i won’t be up all night. i made myself a big bowl of vegetables (broccolli, red pepper, baby bok choy, carrots, bean sprouts) wokked up with tofu and heaped onto brown rice. all this with a hefty amount of garlic and ginger, to hopefully kick the last of the snotty coughy demons the hell out of my body. i feel better now.
