yes, i know

it has been a while. i am reading this book still (cryptonomicon). i’ll get back to writing when i am more done with it. i say more done because it’s 1,000+ pages. check out this site to do some reading of your own.
i spent some of sunday afternoon strumming my acoustic guitar down on the boate. i am going to make a more frequent practice of it. a pad of paper, a fountain pen, liter bottles of water, and a freshly strung guitar in the marina on a hot summer day; these are some elements of happiness in my life right now. and this book is my albatross, so i am back on the couch for some more work.
luckily, the headaches are gone. maybe i was drinking too much coffee and trying to absorb too much of the internet.
