just got off the phone with my sears representative. she promissed to have the manufacturer of the part called and to have a response to the information below within 2 business days. actually she said that i would receive a “courtesy call”. i’ll tell you what would have been courteous. courteous would have been charging my credit card the day the part shipped, instead of six months ago, or whenever it was. see that link at the bottom of the picture down there? that’s me. fuckers.
