wiki for colusa

phil told me that he and b want to check out a wiki on this site. i tried installing one over at phil’s today, but i think i picked a buggy one. i just noticed that the one i installed doesnt look like the hooked up most downloaded one, so im going to start fresh and see if i can’t hook it up.
