joi ito

i was surfing around today and ran into joi ito’s website, blog , etc. joi and i worked on the indian runner years ago, and i remember he had the latest gadgets, including some kind of video over telephone handheld that at the time (1990 i think) was VERY cutting edge. anyhow, i went and yakked with him over on his irc channel at freenode.net (i can’t find the irc client that i was using a month ago on the g3, so i’ve been using chatzilla).
anyhow it was a cool little random moment on the web, and now i’ve got to go back to reconfiguring this g3 to be a purely dedicated music machine.
